OLMO is a new concept for platters
used to serve foods in oil at buffets, as tapas, appetisers and delicatessen. The novelty of this porcelain platter consists in having a specially textured surface. The different levels enable you to choose for each bite the preferred amount of oil. That way, persons with different tastes can gather around the same plate. Neither too little nor too much … with Olmo you eat together and yet in your own way.
